- ½ liter of strong Guidalli coffee
- 2 cups of milk
- Sugar to taste
Make very strong coffee, let it cool, pour into an ice tray and let it freeze. After the coffee is frozen, take four or five ice cubes and put them in a blender. Add milk and sugar to taste, and blend until the cubes break up and the mix become screamy. Pour into tall glasses, decorate freely and serve immediately.
