COFFEE MOUSSE

Ingredients:

  • 4 gelatin sheets white
  • 3 eggs yolks
  • 2 spoons (soup) of coffee Guidalli
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs whites
  • Whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and cherries to decorate 


Preparation:
Prepare gelatin as the instructions on the package. Dismiss the egg yolks and milk incoffee Guidalli and set aside.
Mix the gelatin with milk. Return to heat water bath to dissolve and let coolcompletely. When cool, add the condensed milk and egg whites. Place in bowls and garnish.
