2 tbsp (tablespoons) margarine
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon (tsp) salt Pepper sauce to taste
1/2 spoon (soup) chopped parsley
Juice of 2 large oranges
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp (tablespoons) mustard
1 tbsp (tablespoons) brandy
1 teaspoon (tsp) cornstarch
3 spoons (soup) and strong coffee Guidalli


Season the pork chops and set aside.
Prepare the sauce by putting the butter in a pan, let melt, add the onion and let it brown, then add the mustard, orange juice, lemon juice, parsley, brandy, salt and pepper, stir post a few seconds.
Part dissolve the cornstarch in coffee Guidalli and add to sauce, stirring until thickened. Fry the pork chops and pour the sauce over them. Serve with white rice and salad leaves.
